• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and released to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally handled the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packaged using dedicated cold-chain insulation and are shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.
